We’ve joined together two great approaches to physical fitness – barre and yoga!  Yoke the endurance of barre with the flexibility of yoga to build strength, release tension, nurture joints, and stretch muscles.  By mindfully mixing up your fitness routine with classes in both barre and yoga, we know you’ll feel the results.

Meld

Settle in! This methodical vinyasa class is an ever-changing flow of postures and isometric holds. The combination will open and restore your body, better yet, let you tune into your breath.

Connect

CONNECT is a sweet union of breath and movement. This vinyasa flow moves more than MELD. Be prepared to sweat, balance, breathe and develop agility.

Cleave

This glute-clenching, heel-raising barre class is like a facelift for the body. Class features segments focused on your upper body, thighs, glutes and core muscles in order to maximize both strength and endurance.

Unite

In UNITE we yoke yoga, strength training, and a little barre to offer an awesome workout with a ton of variety.

On West Seventh, look for the dark red brick building.  We’re right upstairs!

Start with one, 75minute private or semi-private session to get you prepared for regular classes at Yoke Fitness (up to 3 people may be present for semi-private session) and add 7 days of unlimited classes at Yoke Fitness. This package also includes 2 guest passes (for students who have never visited Yoke Fitness) and a $10 coupon for the purchase of a new mat or mat carrier. Test-drive classes with us after a little extra preparation and treat yourself to a week of unlimited classes building strength, agility, flexibility, and overall health.
